Temporary Licences
Known as temporary event notices (TENs), a TEN is the authorisation required for the temporary carrying on of (a) the sale or supply of alcohol (b) the provision of regulated entertainment or (c) late night refreshment, at premises that do not hold an authorisation under the Licensing Act 2003 to conduct such activities.
Dragon Drinks apply for TENs to cover events for which Mobile Bar services are booked, usually for functions in village halls, marquees etc. We regularly deal with District councils in obtaining Temporary Licences and are experienced in all aspects of the application process. For events that Dragon Drinks are providing the sale/supply of alcohol, we will normally arrange the TENs, however should you be considering applying for a TEN for your own event we have provided details to assist you.
Should you require further advice or information you can contact Dragon Drinks.
